Job summary

Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced FCT & ICT tester to join our manufacturing team in Kulai. You will perform functional circuit testing on PCBA and HLA products according to customer requirements and support setup of FCT testers for new products.

Working with test engineers and production, you will analyze failures, conduct RCA, perform preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment, read log files, and apply ISO quality systems and IPC

Qualifications

• Structured thinking and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good knowledge of IPC standards and ISO quality systems.
• Experience with ICT/FCT testing in electronics/EMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCT & ICT testing on PCBA and HLA products per customer requirements.
• Support setup of FCT testers for new products.
• Read and interpret FCT tester log files and test logs.
• Collaborate with Test Engineers and production to analyze findings and RCA.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Troubleshoot PCBA and circuit failures as they arise.
