Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Malaysia is seeking a Test Engineer specializing in ICT and FCT to ensure product quality and reliability across the development cycle. Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, you will contribute to product validation and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to design test strategies, document results, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field required.
• Approximately 4 years of test engineering experience in high technology electronics.
• Proficiency in ICT/FCT methodologies and testing tools.
• Experience with NPI and product lifecycle testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues with timely feedback.
• Document test results and generate reports to track performance and reliability.
• Contribute to test strategy design and implementation to improve efficiency.
• Support NPI activities ensuring new products meet benchmarks.
