Flex is seeking a Test Engineer in Senai, Johor to support product testing and quality assurance efforts. You will implement testing methods, coordinate testing activities, and help resolve technical issues with hardware and software systems.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline and 4–5 years of relevant experience, with opportunities to work across test hardware, software, and process documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in testing/engineering.
• Experience in hardware/software test environments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cost-effective testing methods for systems and software.
• Direct and coordinate testing personnel in design, fabrication, and test control equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and ensure accurate test data collection and interpretation.
