Job summary

UST Malaysia is seeking a Product Development Engineering Test Engineer to plan, develop, release and maintain product specific UBI/SLT programs. The role focuses on improving test quality, efficiency and providing test solutions while addressing defects through robust strategies.

You will work with global teams to develop and release test programs, debug root causes, and enhance test coverage. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in x86 platform validation or 2+ years’ EE.
• Experience in Java development and Python or Ruby scripting.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Debug product defects to address root cause for yield improvements.
• Debug test program and production line issues and provide solutions.

Product Development Engineering Test Engineer is role covering below areas

• Plan, develop, release and maintain product specific UBI/SLT program.
• Improve the test quality and efficiency.
• Provide test solutions.
• Address product defects through test strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with global cross teams on test program development and release to support project milestone commitment.
• Debug product defects to address the root cause for PPM and yield improvements.
• Debug test program and production line issues and provide solutions.
• Improve test efficiency like test time and test stability.
• Support on new coverage evaluation and development.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in x86 platform validation or 2 years’ EE.
• Experienced Java development and python or ruby scripts.
• Good data analysis skills
• Fluent in both oral and written English
