Job summary

UST Global SM (UST) is seeking a Product Development Engineering Test Engineer in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia to lead plan, develop, release, and maintain UBI/SLT test programs. The role focuses on improving test quality and efficiency while addressing defects through robust test strategies.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in x86 validation or 2 years EE, with Java development and Python/Ruby scripting skills, plus strong data analysis and fluent English.

• 3 years' experience in x86 platform validation or 2 years' EE
• Experience in Java development and Python or Ruby scripts
• Strong data analysis skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Work with global cross teams on test program development and release to support project milestones
• Debug product defects to address root cause for PPM and yield improvements
• Debug test program and production line issues and provide solutions
• Improve test efficiency such as test time and test stability

Product Development Engineering Test Engineer covering plan, develop, release and maintain product specific UBI/SLT program, improve test quality and efficiency, provide test solutions, and address product defects through test strategies.

About you

Minimum 3 years' experience in x86 platform validation or 2 years' EE

Experienced Java development and python or ruby scripts

Good data analysis skills
