Work in a global MNC engineering environment

Develop expertise in test development, automation, debugging and data analysis

Design and develop test plans, procedures, test cases and test fixtures for products and components.
Execute functional, performance, regression, integration and stress testing.
Develop and improve automated testing processes using appropriate test software, scripting or programming tools.
Ensure test procedures are robust, repeatable and aligned with product specifications.
Analyze test failures and identify root causes through systematic troubleshooting.
Debug hardware, firmware and software-related issues using diagnostic and measurement tools.
Utilize equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers and data acquisition systems where applicable.
Work closely with engineering teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product validation.
Conduct design verification, system integration and final product testing.
Verify products against engineering specifications, functional requirements and quality standards.
Identify potential product or process risks and support timely resolution.
Collect, analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, failure patterns and improvement opportunities.
Prepare clear technical reports documenting test results, failure analysis and corrective actions.
Recommend product, test or process improvements based on engineering data.
Collaborate closely with Design, Manufacturing, ME, Quality and other engineering teams.
Provide technical support for production issues, field returns and customer-reported technical problems.
Support the development and training of production or QA personnel on test procedures and troubleshooting methods.
Maintain test equipment, fixtures and test stations to ensure reliability and availability.
Support calibration and verification of measurement equipment.
Ensure test stations, software and tools are properly maintained and updated.
Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency, product quality, reliability and manufacturing performance.
Participate in engineering improvement projects and other assignments as required by management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in testing, QA, validation, electronics or manufacturing engineering are welcome.
Basic knowledge of test plans, test case design and test methodologies.
Familiarity with functional, regression, integration and stress testing.
Understanding of test automation, scripting or programming is an advantage.
Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers or other measurement equipment is an advantage.
Internship or project experience involving testing, debugging, QA or product validation will be highly valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, technology-driven manufacturing environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
