Job summary

Michael Page Malaysia is recruiting for a senior semiconductor test/engineering specialist for a global leader in the field. The role emphasizes developing, debugging, validating, and deploying test solutions on ATE platforms, with high‑impact, customer‑facing responsibilities and regional exposure.

We seek a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, 7–10 years in semiconductor test, 5+ years hands‑on test development, and experience with Teradyne or other ATE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years semiconductor test or product engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on test development experience.
• Strong experience with Teradyne or other ATE platforms.
• Experience in digital and high-power semiconductor testing.
• Proficient in test programming languages (C#, .NET, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of semiconductor test or product engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on test development experience.
• Strong experience with Teradyne or other Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
• Exposure to UltraFLEX or UltraFLEXPlus platforms is highly desirable.
• Programming skills in test environments, with C#, .NET, or VBA being advantageous.
• Experience in digital and high-power semiconductor device testing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally when required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
