Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a skilled engineer to develop and maintain test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) focusing on memory products.

You will collaborate with product engineering to improve test time and yield, perform deep-dive debugging of issues, and contribute to new tester platforms and product characterizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering (Technical) or its equivalent.
• Experienced in test program development on Automate Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as Advantest, Nextest, Teradyne, etc.
• Possess strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, C++, Perl, etc.)
• Possess strong technical skills in debugging and problem-solving.
• Good understanding of semiconductor devices fabrication process, product development process, device physics and functionality.
• Candidates with in-depth memory devices knowledge & test-related knowledge would be preferred.

Your Profile
