The role requires 11–14 years in test development/SMT environments, strong leadership, and proficiency in ATE, with emphasis on statistics, DOE, and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• 11–14 years of relevant experience in Test Development Engineering or SMT manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineers/teams with strong knowledge in automated test equipment (ATE).
• Experience in test hardware and software development.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, Six Sigma, and failure analysis techniques.
• Good to have Python and LabVIEW proficiency.
• Understanding of product validation, qualification, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and knowledge of industry standards.
