Job summary

Neuron Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Test Analyst (MS D365) to develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on business requirements. You will perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, and support automated testing where applicable.

The role involves defect tracking, Agile ceremonies, and reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to ensure on-time delivery and high software quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing across functional, integration and UAT phases.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).
• Ability to design and execute test plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of test automation tools and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve software defects.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail) is an added advantage.
