Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before production deployment.
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts where applicable.
Prepare test reports and provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
Assist in root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of test automation tools and automated testing frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve software defects.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail) is an added advantage.
