The role covers functional, system integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing, plus hands-on automation using Selenium/Playwright/Cypress and API/integration testing to ensure software quality across Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations.

Qualifications

• Identify opportunities for test automation and continuously enhance the automation framework and testing processes.
• Review business requirements and technical specifications to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and potential risks.
• Validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) configurations, customisations, integrations, and enhancements against business requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing, analyse test results, and log, track, and verify defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to resolve defects and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform API, integration, and system testing to validate interfaces with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Additional Requirement

• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) for automated test execution is preferred.
