Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Test Automation Analyst with strong expertise in software testing, test automation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The role focuses on ensuring quality through test planning, execution, and automation within Agile delivery teams.

You will design and maintain automated tests, perform various testing types, and work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in software testing/QA.
• 2+ years in test automation.
• Experience with SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Analyze requirements to create test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with developers, BA, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Identify, track, and validate defects throughout testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive quality improvements.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure testing aligns with timelines and quality standards.

Title: Test Automation Analyst – MS Dynamics 365

Work Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Analyst with strong expertise in software testing, test automation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through effective test planning, execution, and automation while working closely with Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create test scenarios and test cases.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and QA leads.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience in test automation with at least 2 years of automation testing experience.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications is highly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
