Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Malaysia is seeking a highly capable Testing Automation Specialist to lead automated testing across enterprise applications, with emphasis on SAP and PowerApps environments.

You will design, develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression and performance testing, collaborate with analysts, developers and QA, and integrate frameworks into CI/CD pipelines while mentoring juniors and supporting manual testing during UAT and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in software testing with at least 3 years in test automation.
• Proven experience with at least one reputable automation tool (Selenium, Tosca, UFT, TestComplete, Katalon).
• Experience with version control and CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong QA methodology, testing lifecycle and defect management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Implement and maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive resolution with development teams.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5 years or above experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation.

Proven experience with at least one reputable test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, UFT, TestComplete, Katalon Studio).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect management. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
