Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the FMCG industry.
• 2 years market experience in the modern trade and lower trade.
• 2 years market experience in the retail business and cross border business.

Responsibilities

• Set targets, promotion plans and objective standard for sales reps.
• Motivate and engage the sales team for work progress, review performance and achieve sales target.
• To supervise and lead the assigned sales team and assist in organizing business reviews.
• To feedback the market information, competitor activities, and trade comments and strengthen territory management.
