Job summary

Blincon (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage and grow our market footprint in Malaysia. The role focuses on territory coverage in Klang Valley or Johor, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue.

You will work with a team to implement sales strategies, travel as required, and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking dealers and stores.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• 2 years or more of experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, Optical or Pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent and results-driven.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin / Chinese dialects to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking retail store owners and dealers.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Malaysian citizens or candidates with relevant residence status may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned sales territory and retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customers.
• Achieve sales revenue and collection targets.
• Plan and execute customer visits and territory coverage effectively.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
