Job summary

Pfizer Kuala Lumpur seeks a Health Representative to connect customers with therapies and digital services that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures. The role spans Pfizer’s portfolio and focuses on building long-lasting relationships with Health Care Professionals and customers.

You will plan and execute effective engagement strategies, use tools like Veeva Engage and Zoom, and collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access to meet Pfizer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Science and Health background.
• Minimum 4 years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Promotional or sales success, territory management, strong communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer.
• Build rapport across virtual and F2F environments; document call objectives and KPIs.
• Compliantly educate customers to meet HCP and patient needs.
• Deliver targeted messaging to drive product demand with approved materials.
• Maintain market knowledge to discuss products and disease states.
• Provide insights for new messaging and resources.
• Deploy Pfizer resources across channels; use digital platforms for calls.
• Present contract terms and introduce Pfizer Pro content.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access on inquiries.
• Use calendaring and leadership goals; share customer survey insights.
