Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Health Representative for the Vaccine MOE Central in Malaysia. You will serve as the central point of contact within accounts, promoting Pfizer vaccines and digital services to healthcare professionals to advance patient care.

You will develop and execute an effective sales plan, build long-term relationships, and utilize digital tools to drive education, product messaging, and adherence. A strong clinical understanding and compliance mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/health is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage customers to drive Pfizer product adoption.
• Plan and execute call plans across virtual and in-person channels.
• Build rapport with Health Care Professionals and stakeholders to grow Pfizer opportunities.
• Deliver compliant, targeted messaging and education aligned with approved materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to support customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and disease areas to add value in calls.
