Qualifications

• 2–4 years' distributor sales or similar B2B role experience.
• Knowledge of distributor channels and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and exceed targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within Johor Bahru region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard new distributors in the territory to expand sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing distributors and provide support.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotions with distributors.
• Visit distributor locations to assess inventory and opportunities.
• Provide product training and sales coaching to distributor teams.
• Monitor distributor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and documentation for management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with distributors to protect margins.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and finance for distributor support.
• Resolve distributor complaints promptly and professionally.
