Job summary

ZMZ SECURITY SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Tender Administrator to support bid activities in Kajang, Malaysia. You will check tender adverts, prepare updates for the company group chat, and ensure all required tender appendices are accurate and complete.

Responsibilities include gathering and organizing documents such as Company Registration Certificates, SSM forms, annual financial statements, monthly bank statements, lists of contracts, LOAs, and performance letters, to streamline tender

Qualifications

• Experience with tendering processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple document types and deadlines
