Job summary

BELIVE VENTURES SDN. BHD. seeks a Tenant Sales & Service Executive to engage leads, match tenants to rooms, and conduct viewings.

You will manage inquiries, close deals, and coordinate move-ins with team support. The role blends in-office coordination with home-based follow-ups, working noon to night shifts, with incentives based on performance. Salary includes RM1,700/month base and RM200 travel allowance, plus per-sale and per-move-in incentives, with potential monthly incentives up to

Qualifications

Good communication, sales and customer service skills.
Confident handling calls, messages and face-to-face appointments.
Proactive, organised and consistent with follow-ups.
Responsible and able to work independently.
Willing and able to travel to properties for viewings.
Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to company-provided leads through calls and messages.
Understand tenants’ needs and recommend suitable rooms.
Arrange and conduct room viewings.
Follow up with prospects, explain rental terms and close sales.
Coordinate tenancy documents and payments.
Handle tenant move-ins including key handover and house info.
Assist with tenant inquiries and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
Keep lead records, viewing appointments, sales progress and move-in details updated.
