Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of project administration or construction coordination experience.
• Familiarity with local authority submissions, TNB and water authority applications preferred.
• Good organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for tenancy matters including new tenancies, renewals, relocations, revamps and landlord requests.
• Coordinate tenancy-related documentation such as offers, agreements, deposits, and terms; track progress.
• Act as liaison between MYNEWS and landlords for submissions, timelines and follow-ups.
• Track milestones including handover dates, fit-out periods and possession timelines.
• Assist in store development documentation, audits and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
