Job summary

You will manage and mentor the telesales team while collaborating with the Pandora strategy team to deliver productivity enhancements.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, defining targets, and developing comprehensive reporting to support growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in technology, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Experience in BPO/shared service centers and process design is required.
• Regional experience managing stakeholders across markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telesales performance metrics to acquire high-quality vendors.
• Define targets and incentive structures aligned with team goals and OKRs.
• Develop reporting systems and improve processes for actionable insights.
• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve objectives.
