Job summary

UNOX S.p.A. is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join the Asia Team in Puchong, Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through channel partners.

You will research potential customers, tailor pitches, and maintain relationships while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Malay is required, with Mandarin a plus.

• Degree in Languages or Economics is required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops sales opportunities by researching potential customers and following up on new leads.
• Analyzes competitor information and tailors sales strategies accordingly.
• Provides personalized support to complement the external sales team and meets lead needs.
• Prioritizes leads aligned with commercial strategy and supports customer retention.
• Manages accounts, drafts quotations, and generates recurring revenue through proactive communication.
