Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts.
• Client Engagement & Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services; convert cold calls into qualified appointments.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs.
• Record Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support & Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and assist with admin tasks.
