RinggitPlus in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to join our team. You will engage with existing customers to introduce financial products, explain benefits, and assist customers throughout the application process.

Training and sales scripts will be provided to help you perform effectively. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining features, meeting targets, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of telesales experience.
• Malaysian citizen aged 18 or above.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and promote financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and application processes in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers to facilitate application completion.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales objectives.
