Job summary

RinggitPlus.com is seeking a driven telesales professional to join our Bangsar South team. No cold calling; you will work outbound, cross-sell to warm customers, and educate them on banking products.

We offer RM2,500 base with high commissions; earn up to RM8,000 per month or more. Enjoy a smart casual workplace, strategic location near MRT/LRT, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience in Telesales/Banking Call Center
• Malaysian & above 18 years old.
• Willing to work alternate Saturday (If achieved sales target - not required to work on Saturday)
• Able to work in Bangsar South
• Excellent teamwork
• Good interpersonal and selling skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Great sense of humour and fun!

Job Description

No cold calling for leads. Just approach our ready and warm customers Outbound Telesales, cross selling to existing customers

Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services

A prepared script to immediate kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility

Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service

Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others

Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues

Job Requirements
