Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for an experienced telesales professional to conduct outbound calls, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions to win new business.

You will negotiate and close deals to hit individual and team targets, while maintaining accurate records of all interactions and delivering excellent service to build long-term client relationships.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

• Familiar with Microsoft software products will be an added advantage.
