Job summary

Ricebowl Malaysia is seeking a results-driven telesales professional to join our sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will contact potential customers by phone, follow up warm leads, and close deals while providing product information and handling inquiries.

You will meet monthly targets, build strong relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to share insights. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Experience with warm lead follow-up is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services.
• Following up on warm leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
