Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic tele-sales representative to promote telco products through outbound calls and educating customers on benefits.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, advise customers, and close sales across multiple payment modes, while collaborating with the team to hit monthly targets.

The role requires fluent English, a minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Degree, and willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in the telemarketing field.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend.

Responsibilities
