Job summary

CelcomDigi Hub, Subang Jaya is seeking a Telesales Agent for a third-party contract role. You will deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers to purchase products or services, explain offerings, and capture customer information into our systems.

You should be confident in cold calling, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus. Prior sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage, and you must work well in a team and adapt to changing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales scripts to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
• Explain products and prices; answer customer questions.
• Obtain and record customer information and payments in our systems.
• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations; report changes.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving results.

Job Description

This is a third party contract role.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love you have you on board.

You are:

• Confident in cold calling customers.
• Excellent oral, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Results driven, motivation for sales, persistent and self-motivated to succeed.
• Able to work as a team member and accommodate multiple priorities.
• Be adaptable, able to work on new campaigns and priorities, as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared sales scripts that describe products or services to persuade existing or potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Explain products, services and prices, answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as agreed plan / services purchased, payment method, and record into our systems following set processes.
• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations, reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Complete tasks and call list assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates that can communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
