• / 5 to 7 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Solution Design or related technology role.
• / Strong background in telecommunications industry.
• / Experience across CRM, billing, provisioning, inventory, delivery and system integration environments.
• / Experience in digital solution assessment, user journey analysis, design thinking and human-centric solution approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end solution design and analysis aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications and design inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure feasible and well-integrated solutions.
• Analyze feasibility, integration points and potential downstream impacts.
• Provide technical and functional guidance on options, designs and implementation considerations.
• Document process flows, workflows and solution specifications.
