Job summary

PLANET TELECOMS MANAGED SERVICES SDN BHD in Kota Bharu Mall, Kelantan, invites a Customer Service professional to greet walk-in customers, handle service requests and sales interactions for postpaid, prepaid, broadband and account status.

You will manage customer information, process monetary transactions, handle handsets, and ensure proper control and timely updates in the system while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Sales oriented with ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team discipline and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Attend to service requests and sales interactions from walk-in customers.
• Handle enquiries on services provided (Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, Account Status).
• Process customer information and monetary transactions, and manage handsets.
• Ensure proper control, reconciliation, and timely updates in the system.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of new and existing customers.
