Job summary

Qaaf Resources Sdn. Bhd invites a Project Manager (Non SAP) to lead telco development projects in Malaysia. You will define plans, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality control and handovers to operations.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in telecom projects, strong PMO experience, and capability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. A formal PM curriculum certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in telecommunication related field.
• Strong project management knowledge and PMO awareness.
• Experience in telecom networks and fiber optics is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Define project plan and schedule with milestones and deadlines.
• Adhere to PMO requirements including weekly/monthly status updates.
• Manage project budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Ensure system quality control and proper handover documents.

Education

Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering

Post Graduate in Telecommunication Engineering

Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication
