Job summary

REDPYNE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a technically focused technician to perform basic troubleshooting, inspection and rectification of telecom equipment.

You will install, configure and test gear, monitor performance and report faults, collaborating with team members, contractors and clients to keep projects on schedule. Travel to project sites, support CPE installations, prepare site progress updates and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting, inspection and rectification of technical issues.
• Support project execution and implementation under supervision.
• Assist with installation, configuration and testing of telecom equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults.
• Assist managing and completing CPE installation from vendor and client until PAC.
