Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Petaling Jaya is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to drive revenue, generate interest, and nurture customer relationships onsite. The position requires working an overnight shift.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge, contact potential customers, follow up on leads, and provide sales reports. Fluency in English and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and on public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and high energy with excellent customer service.
• SAP knowledge is a plus; experience with CRM systems is essential.
