Job summary

CelcomDigi in Penang seeks a Retail Expert on a contract basis to deliver outstanding customer experiences at Sunway Carnival. You will demonstrate products, address inquiries, and close sales while upholding brand standards and service guidelines.

Focus on postpaid/prepaid, devices, VAS, and accessories with a target to achieve high NPS through exceptional service. You will collaborate with the store team and participate in promotional events as directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in telco or retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate products and handle inquiries.
• Proactive and goal-driven with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and services at the outlet.
• Drive sales through effective conversations and upselling.
• Manage inquiries, issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store visuals and comply with guidelines.
