Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
• Minimum two years in Telco or retail; product demos preferred.
• Excellent communication and English; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting product demonstrations.
• Execute retail operations activities and apply sales techniques to understand customer needs and promote products.
• Create conversations and engage customers to convert into sales opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of retail outlet visuals and handle inquiries and requests.
• Aim for high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Participate in events or outside sales initiatives and contribute to improvements.
• Provide feedback to Retail Manager on operations and other matters.
