Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is building a TechOps team within BAU IT operations to drive automation, observability, and operational excellence. The Lead role combines hands-on scripting with platform ownership across large-scale environments.

You will develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, C#), configure Dynatrace monitoring, and build Grafana dashboards while collaborating with L2/L3 teams on incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong scripting and automation abilities using multiple languages.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Create reusable deployment, patching, and compliance scripts across VMs via SCCM.
• Configure observability platforms like Dynatrace and build dashboards for health.
• Design dashboards and reports in Grafana and Jira for operational metrics.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Document scripts and workflows and share best practices with the team.
• Lead TechOps initiatives, mentor the team, and report progress to leadership.
