Job summary

Prudential’s Regional Technical Operations team is seeking a senior leader to deliver end-to-end stability, governance, and resilience for actuarial and finance-critical platforms. You will oversee L1–L3 support, incident management, DR planning, and audit/compliance across global teams, partnering with CFO, Chief Actuary, CRO and Technology leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and large-scale production operations.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience managing regional/global teams and communicating with C-suite.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary escalation point for regional LBU stakeholders and users.
Lead major incidents, coordinate cross‑team remediation and root cause analysis.
Govern changes and capacity planning for production environments.
Oversee disaster recovery planning, DR tests, and compliance controls.
Drive continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing across L1–L3 teams.
Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Risk, and Technology leadership to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance.
