Qualifications

• Broad understanding of operating systems, hardware, applications, and security standards.
• Experience with IaaS cloud operations (Azure/Google) is preferred.
• ITIL knowledge and incident/problem/change management experience are advantageous.
• 2+ years in a Command Centre or similar 24x7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor IT systems to detect and resolve issues and ensure optimized performance and availability.
• Manage hardware, software, networks, and server administration.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and events following SOPs.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues.
