Job summary

AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies. You will act as a hands-on Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring governance alignment, risk management and timely execution of strategic initiatives across business, technology and vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met.
• 8–10 years in Agile delivery roles and project management in multi-team or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk management.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• BFSI industry experience preferred, with knowledge of core journeys like underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and contact center processes.
• Stakeholder management — ability to coordinate between internal teams, external vendors and senior leadership.
