Job summary

Dikshatek Viet Nam is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile initiatives across IT projects in Malaysia. The role requires coordinating multiple scrum teams, guiding agile transformations, and delivering projects on time to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and certifications such as A-CSM or PSM II.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in project management (PMP, Prince2) and Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban).
• 8+ years total IT experience; 5+ years as Scrum Master; 2+ years in a senior role.
• Experience leading multiple agile teams, transformations and complex projects.
• Proficient with agile project tracking tools (Jira, Jira Plan, Jira Dashboards).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects on time and meet business objectives.
• Steer and supervise workstreams across platforms; coordinate with senior management.
• Facilitate Scrum adoption; coach teams in Agile methodologies.
• Drive teams to deliver business value with stakeholders and project sponsor.
• Plan resources, scheduling, and change control per policy.
• Host regular stakeholder meetings and provide transparency of progress.
