• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• 8–10 years in Agile delivery and project management roles.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, risk, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Define plans and interdependencies for multiple projects.
• Lead delivery of technology initiatives (systems, data, automation).
• Act as Scrum Master for assigned teams and hybrid delivery methods.
• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners for backlog prioritisation and value delivery.
• Report progress and escalate blockers to stakeholders.
• Ensure SDLC, risk, security and regulatory compliance.
