Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Deputy Head of IT in Malaysia to help lead a growing technology organisation. You will work with the Head of IT to steer a large, multi-disciplinary team and shape the hub’s next growth phase.

In this role you will strengthen local technology execution, build expertise, and ensure the hub’s contribution aligns with the wider group. You will navigate ambiguity and drive practical technology solutions.

• Ability to define technology roadmaps and translate strategy into execution.
