Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher is common for leadership roles (not strictly required beyond degree).
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and manage software engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape multiple product-domain software engineering teams through recruitment, coaching and mentoring.
• Create a high-performance environment, defining and measuring software development KPIs and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, CI/CD, infrastructure, and security.
• Establish coding standards and advocate Agile methods across teams and the business.
• Translate product needs into technical design decisions and oversee deployment of solutions.
