Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive end‑to‑end technology delivery within the Transformation Programme for the Finance function. You will guide data engineering, cloud platforms and reporting initiatives, aligning architecture with business outcomes and managing risks, dependencies and quality across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery with leadership and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent.
• Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in data platform implementation, governance and reporting.
• Certifications in project management, Agile, cloud or data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and delivery management.
• Coordinate with MI Tech Product Owner, Solution Architect and stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into delivery plans and work packages.
• Provide technical guidance to data engineering, cloud delivery and DevOps teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery reporting.
• Ensure validation, testing, readiness and post-delivery support.
