Prudential Services Asia is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive end‑to‑end technology delivery within the Transformation Programme for the Finance function. The role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end technology delivery and project management within the Transformation Programme. The individual will work closely with the FFP Performance Management workstream, MI Product Owner, Solution Architect, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders and engineering teams to plan, coordinate and deliver technology solutions for the Finance function and long‑term technology delivery roadmap. The role will provide technical expertise, delivery governance and hands‑on guidance to the team, ensuring that project milestones, risks, dependencies, quality standards and implementation outcomes are effectively managed. The individual will be expected to understand Insurance Finance and Actuarial business requirements, translate them into executable delivery plans, and guide the team in implementing scalable, secure and sustainable data and reporting solutions aligned to architecture standards and business outcomes.
