Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a strong academic record.
• CGPA above 3.5/2:1 Upper preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across key areas of Digital Technologies (Software Dev, Data Science, Data Engineer, Cloud, Digital Transformation).
• Support and manage digital technology projects from conception to execution within timelines and budgets.
• Assist in developing and executing digital transformation strategies using AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud computing.
• Analyze data and generate insights to drive decisions and optimize digital performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Units, and external partners to deliver technology solutions meeting business objectives.
• Receive mentorship from senior leadership to prepare for leadership roles in technology-driven environments.
• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and integration of new digital technologies.

As a Technology Associate, you will participate in a dynamic job rotation program, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge digital solutions, emerging technologies, and innovation‑driven projects. Key Responsibilities

• Job Rotation: Participate in a structured rotation across key areas of Digital Technologies, including but not limited to Software Development, Data Science, Data Engineer, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Project Management: Support and manage digital technology projects from conception to execution, ensuring successful implementation within timelines and budgets.
• Innovation & Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of digital transformation strategies, leveraging the latest technologies like AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing to drive business growth.

Education

• A recent graduate with a strong academic record, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

CGPA

• A high CGPA (typically above 3.5/ 2nd Upper) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms such as cloud computing, databases, AI/ML, DevOps, and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with software development processes, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL), and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
