Responsibilities

As a Technology Associate – IT Infrastructure, you will gain exposure to various areas of IT infrastructure and technology operations while developing both technical and business capabilities. The programme includes job rotations every three to six months, opportunities to work directly with Senior Management and experienced IT professionals, exposure to regional and cross-functional projects, participation in taskforces, process improvement initiatives and analytical assignments. You will have opportunities to explore areas including IT Infrastructure, Network & Systems, Cloud Computing and AWS, End-User Computing, IT Service Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, Cybersecurity, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement. This programme is designed for individuals who are curious about technology, enjoy solving problems and are eager to build a strong foundation in IT Infrastructure while developing leadership, communication and business skills.**Key Responsibilities*** Support day-to-day IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations to ensure reliable and effective IT services across the organization.* Assist in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networks and end-user environments.* Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, system and infrastructure-related issues.* Support IT infrastructure projects, technology implementations, system upgrades and infrastructure modernization initiatives.* Gain practical exposure to cloud technologies and services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), where applicable.* Support cloud-related initiatives such as infrastructure deployment, monitoring, documentation and continuous improvement.* Participate in initiatives involving cloud migration, infrastructure optimization and technology modernization.* Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve IT operations, service efficiency and business processes.* Participate in projects involving emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, cloud computing and digital technologies and industry trends relevant to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, Automation and Digital Transformation.**What We're Looking For*** Fresh graduates from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 and/or candidates with less than 12 months of working experience.* Degree/Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or other relevant technology-related fields.* Genuine interest in IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations, with a strong desire to build a career in infrastructure and technology-related roles.* Basic understanding or academic/project exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, operating systems, servers, cloud computing, virtualization, databases or cybersecurity.* Candidates who have completed relevant cloud, AWS, AI, networking, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure certifications/courses are encouraged to apply.* Exposure to AI tools, automation
