Job summary

Teson Aero Sdn Bhd in Meru, Selangor invites applications from experienced Technicians for a full-time maintenance and technical support role in aviation parts and tooling. You will perform power tool operations, scheduled maintenance, inspections, and keep detailed maintenance records to ensure safety and efficiency.

We require a relevant technical qualification or certification and a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role within Trades & Services.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in the Technician field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools for cutting, grinding, and rounding.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on aviation parts and tooling.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to meet safety and performance standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and technical data.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to implement process improvements.
